Payments
Some conversions may require paid credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any refund request should include the checkout date, browser, and a description of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Use the service at your own discretion. Keep backups of important files before converting them. File Converter is not responsible for lost data, incompatible output, or indirect damages from use of the website.
